The call for expressions of interest in 2 training/research grants promoted by Area Science Park and targeted at Ukrainian citizens fleeing the country expires on 19 June 2022.
The initiative covers the following areas: genomics and data management, digitization and Artificial Intelligence, sustainability and business innovation.
Specifically, the grants will be awarded to citizens who were resident or domiciled in Ukraine before 24 February 2022, are 18 years or older, have a good level of Italian or English, and have completed at least one cycle of technical level III higher education, according to the Ukrainian education system.
The training/research activities will take place at Area Science Park in Trieste over a period of 12 months.
The grants, which will be awarded once the expressions of interest have been collected, include a monthly payment, on-site accommodation at Area Science Park’s Padriciano campus, and personalized support from the Welcome Office for the management of the administrative procedures for staying in Trieste.
Ukrainian citizens wishing to submit an expression of interest can complete the form available on the Area Science Park website and send it together with a signed CV by the specified deadline.
